Beliefs

We have an amazing ability to protect our inner beliefs. But when those beliefs are negative and limiting, this is not a good thing. We can change limiting beliefs. Beliefs that hold us back from attempting incredible and amazing things.

We do this by identifying the limiting belief and replacing it with a positive belief that counteracts it. By focusing on the new, positive belief we are able to free ourselves, clear ourselves, for attracting what we want.

Our Thought Energy

These beliefs often limit what we will focus on or think on, and this is why removing limiting beliefs is so important.

Our thoughts are energy. They are the purest form of powerful energy that can be emitted into the universe. When you repeat a thought, focusing on it daily, over and over, you are creating a broadcast into the universe of that thought's signal and energy.
